Bolt will not run again this year

Usain Bolt has been ruled out of any competitions for the rest of the year because of a back problem. Bolt withdrew from competitions after a doctor warned him that a tightness in his lower back affecting his stride could lead to a calf or hamstring injury. The Jamaican sprinter's loss to Tyson Gay last week was his first in two years. Read more: The AP and the AFP.
