Update: Plane crashes at Harare Airport

The British Home Office have confirmed that the Harare plane incident was not an 'accident', but was a drill. This is despite the Zimbabwean Civil Aviation Authority reporting the incident as an accident earlier on. Officials from Kenya Airways and SAA also confirmed that it was a drill.
