Glen Agliotti's lawyer Laurance Hodes has requested the court to postpone the trial of the convicted drug trafficker so that the National Director of Public Prosecutions may be approached. Hodes intends to argue that clearly the wrong man is in the wrong box, on the basis of the evidence before the court.
