US, South Korea discuss sanctions on North Korea

The talks came after US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced plans for more sanctions against the Pyongyang regime, after the sinking of a South Korean warship, and also to pressure the North Korea to drop its nuclear weapons programme.
