Heavyweights come out in defence of Selebi at trial

Several politically important people have come out to testify for former police commissioner Jackie Selebi, in mitigation of sentencing. Witnesses include Mala Singh, former police deputy commissioner for HR. Selebi has already been convicted of corruption, and is now awaiting to hear long he might be behind bars.
