Pakistan scrambles to deny, others to investigate, leaked Afghanistan documents

Fallout around the vast stash of secret documents around the Afghanistan war published by Wikileaks continues to swirl. Pakistan started rolling out denials that it is actively supporting the Taliban, at first via its ambassador in Washington. US officials stepped up their denouncements of WikiLeaks as an enemy of the state, UK officials talked about launching an enquiry into the nature of the leak, and both journalists and individuals continue to comb through individual documents, now available online, seeking out new information and making new connections.
