Rwandan journo arrested after comparing president to Hitler

Rwandan journalist Saidati Mukakibibi, who writes for the newspaper Umurabyo, has been arrested on charges of "defamation, inciting public disorder and ethnic divisionism", after comparing President Paul Kagame to Adolf Hitler. According to a police spokesperson, this is in no way indicative of a clampdown on the indpendent press before elections in August. Read more: Reuters
