Semenya cleared to compete

The International Association of Athletics Federations has cleared runner Caster Semenya to return to competition, where she will be allowed to participate as a woman. Rumours of the decision have been circulating since Tuesday morning, and the association officially confirmed its ruling in the afternoon. Read more: The Guardian
