Rwandan genocide suspect arrested in Uganda

Rwandan pastor Jean Nshuti Uwinkindi was arrested in Uganda on Wednesday, en route from Mbarara to Isingiro. The pastor reportedly has a $5 million bounty on his head. Uwinkindi, who is on a wanted list as one of the perpetrators of the 1994 Rwandan genocide, will be moved to Arusha in Tanzania to face the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
