Stephen Mncube appointed as head of Icasa

The Independent Communications Authority of SA has named Stephen Mncube as its new chairman. The appointment, which is effective immediately, will last for five years. Communications minister Siphiwe Nyanda made the final decision, in conjunction with Parliament. Read more: Moneyweb
