Russian spy skips bail in Cyprus

Christopher Metsos, the 11th member of the alleged Russian spy ring that the FBI bust on Monday, has failed to check in at the Lanarka police station, as stipulated by his bail conditions. Metsos was arrested in Cyprus but granted bail on Tuesday, contrary to the island's usual practice of keeping suspects in custody. Read more: M&G
