Nepalese Prime Minister resigns

The Prime Minister of Nepal, Madhav Kumar Nepal, resigned on live television on Wednesday. The Maoists have been calling for his resignation for months, and it is hoped that his decision to stand down will help to nurture the country's fragile peace.   Read more: AP
