Blatter apologises to England and Mexico for bad refereeing decisions

Fifa president Sepp Blatter has offered his apologies to the England and Mexico teams for the refereeing errors that contributed to their early exits from the World Cup. Blatter said that Fifa would reopen the file on video technology at a meeting of its rule-making panel in Wales next month. We doubt this will be much consolation to England or Mexico.
