Russia reduces gas deliveries to Belarus

On Wednesday Russia reduced supplies of gas to Belarus by 60% over a payment dispute. Russia says Belarus owes it $200 million in debt, while Belarus claims Russia owes it a similar amount in transit fees. However, Russian state-owned gas monopoly Gazprom says that gas deliveries to its European customers have not been interrupted. yet. Read more: AP
