French minister scolds the boys and makes them cry

French sports minister Roselyne Bachelot had harsh words for Les Bleus last night, calling them a "moral disaster". The French players were reduced to snivelling schoolboys during her dressing down, although it is not reported if any of them went so far as to apologise for their behaviour. Let's hope they've dried their eyes by the time they take the field this afternoon. Read more: Times Live
