Fifa counting its World Cup haul, all $3.2 billion of it

Fifa's revenue for the 2010 World Cup is provisionally slated to be $3.2 billion. Fifa says 75% of this amount will be invested in soccer development. It will be interesting to have a look at the association's books four years down the line, and see if this actually happens.
