Drogba allowed to play this afternoon

Fifa has given Ivory Coast's star striker, Didier Drogba, the go-ahead to play in this afternoon's match against Portugal in Port Elizabeth. Drogba's participation had been in doubt because of his broken arm, but Portugal have said they are comfortable with the cast he will wear during the game. Read more: The Independent
