Police take over stadium security in Cape Town, Durban, but matches unaffected

Fifa's Local Organising Committee has confirmed that police were called in to take over in-stadium security in both Cape Town and Durban after staffers of Stallion Security walked off the job, in what looks like a straightforward wage dispute. Matches, which includes one kicking off in Cape Town within the hour, have not been affected, the LOC said. AP
