Kenyan president convenes emergency security meeting

Kenyan security chiefs (including ministers and representatives from the military, the police and the intelligence service) are holding an emergency meeting on Monday morning to discuss the security situation following Sunday night's blast in Uhuru Park that claimed the lives of five people. President Mwai Kibaki will chair the meeting. A police investigation of the incident is under way.  Capital FM
