If Schabir Shaik was indeed in breach of his medical parole conditions by playing golf in the middle of the week, then it is up to the public to provide solid proof thereof. Otherwise it never happened, just like all the other Shaik sightings never happened, says the ministry of Correctional Services. Shaik and his car was spotted at a golf course outside the hours he's allowed out of the house (Fridays, to go to mosque, and Saturday afternoons). A spokesman for Correctional Services says his car isn't on parole. Read more: The Times
