Somalian militants accuse Kenya of training pro-govt rebels

While allegations fly in Somalia that Ethiopian troops are operating in the failed Horn of Africa state, the militant Islamist al Shabab militia says Kenya is training pro-government militants to fight it and its allies in the southern port town of Kismayo. Al Shabab says the Kenyans are operating three training camps close to the border. This spells more bad news for an already chaotic situation, as AU member states may be operating beyond the mandate of the African Union Mission to Somalia in pursuing their own security interests along the Somali border.
