Apple in court to chase copyright ghosts, again
As with any computer company, Apple has spent a fair amount of time and money on court cases over the years and all over the world. And they’re doing it again: this time, on the receiving end is Woolworths Australia and its new corporate logo. Apple claims it is too similar to its own while the Aussies claim it is resembles any fresh produce. We think Apple should definitely quit smoking the strong stuff, but you judge for yourself. This is not the first time that Apple is trying its luck: probably the most audacious one was their 1990s claim over the computer mouse, a product they didn’t even invent.
