The ANC has put together a task team to handle the fallout over the 800m athlete Caster Semenya affair which features some heavy hitters. It’s headed ANC secretary general Gwede Mantashe and includs Winnie Madikizela-Mandela and Manto Tshabalala-Msimang. But as we point out in our story on the issue , the task team is strong on its support for Semenya, but vague on all the other stuff, including whether it actually supports the Youth League’s call for a boycott of Nedbank if it does not reinstate its sponsorship. It’s also vague on the future of ASA and its lying head Leonard Chuene. In our story on the issue we make the point that the subtext here seems to be that ASA didn't do its job, and that the ANC has thrown up its hands in despair and moved on to other issues.
Don't believe Han Solo's evasion of Empire TIE Fighters. There are many miles of vacuum space between each asteroid in a field.
