Letter to the Editor: Dirty articles criticising Supreme leader

The Embassy of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in Pretoria sends Letter of Protest to the Daily Maverick  in Johannesburg informing as follows. By Kim Chang Ryop, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.

Daily Maverick has carried articles criticising Supreme leadership of the DPRK on 12 July 2016. The articles also carried the stories that North Korean embassy in Pretoria has actively involved in illegal activities.

We will never tolerate such a dirty articles criticising Supreme leader who is the destiny and future of its nation.

The article is absolutely cooked up and fabricated by none other than human being who knows nothing about DPRK.

We strongly urge Daily Maverick to erase all articles without delay that does nothing but only destroy the friendly relations between the DPRK and South Africa and infringed upon the dignity of the sovereign nation.

And we advise you to keep fairness and prudence in carrying articles.

Kim Chang Ryop, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary,  Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
