Agliotti will ask Director of NPA to scrap charges against him

Glen Agliotti's lawyer Laurance Hodes has requested the court to postpone the trial of the convicted drug trafficker so that the National Director of Public Prosecutions may be approached. Hodes intends to argue that clearly the wrong man is in the wrong box, on the basis of the evidence before the court. The state is adamant that they have the right man and are opposing the postponement. Agliotti is on trial for the murder of Brett Kebble. Read more: Eyewitness News
