BP moots new plan for sealing oil well

BP has finally come up with another option for fixing the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. This one is called a "static kill" (great title for a blockbuster, don't you think?), and involves pumping heavy mud into the well, forcing oil and gas back down into the reservoir. Read more: New York Times
