Hefner wants complete control of Playboy

Playboy Enterprises founder Hugh Hefner is looking to take his company private. Hefner currently controls 69.5% of the firm's class A stock, and 27.7% of its class B shares. He reportedly plans to make an offer of $5.50 a share. Hefner is said to want to have more of an influence on the magazine's editorial direction. Read more: Bloomberg via Business Report
