Mexico tries to clean up its image

Mexican President Felipe Calderon has launched a global PR campaign, to be run by his ministry of tourism, to show the world the less violent part of Mexico. (That would be the part that isn't busy fighting a violent drug war.) The cost of the campaign has not been made public.
