The ‘Pikachu Illustrator’ has sold for a whopping $54,970. Included in a sale in Beverley Hills, the card, one of 39, depicts a yellow Pikachu lightning rodent with drawing tools. There are only 10 such cards in the world known to be in mint condition.
British teens drink a bathtub of sugary drinks
The Cancer Research UK organisation has revealed that British teenagers consume a full bathtub of sugary drinks every year; 234 cans of sugar-sweetened soft drinks appeared to be the average. The organisation recommended that, like South Africa, a sugar tax be introduced to prevent the ridiculous amounts of sugar being consumed by teens.
