Presidential hotline celebrates first birthday

Tuesday marked a year since President Jacob Zuma instituted his presidential hotline. 72,799 calls were received in this time; 57,375 of these were complaints. According to department for monitoring and evaluation spokesperson Harold Maloka, "The service resolves about 4,000 cases per week, which puts the resolution of all complaints to a total of 30,540."
