Trafigura fined €1 million

A Dutch Court has fined oil company Trafigura €1 million for dumping toxic waste in the Ivory Coast. The waste was originally offloaded from a ship in Amsterdam, giving the court jurisdiction in the matter. Read more: Canadian Press
