Michael Ballack's return in question

Injured German captain Michael Ballack was in South Africa on Saturday to watch his team defeat Argentina, but left the country on Monday to continue his treatment in Germany, instead of staying on to watch the Germans take on Spain in their semi-final. This has fuelled speculation that he will not be welcomed back to the team - certainly not as captain - even when his injury heals. Read more: Sports24
