Russia wants explanation of spy arrests from US

Russia says the US needs to explain its arrest of members of what is allegedly a Russian spy ring. The country's foreign minister said: "The subject was not explained to us. I hope they will explain." He's not the only person awaiting an explanation - the rest of the world is eagerly awaiting the next instalment of this story that has all the hallmarks of a Soviet-era spy novel.
