Sarah Palin's defence fund declared illegal

While she was the governor of Alaska Sarah Palin raised almost $400,000 to help her pay legal bills she incurred in facing about two dozen ethics complaints. It seems she wasn't that ethical about raising the money either - in fact, it was illegal for her to do so, as she was using her position as governor to raise money for personal gain. She will now have to repay the money. Good thing she has her book sale royalties to bail her out. Read more: Reuters
