US citizens sentenced to jail in Pakistan

Five US citizens have been sentenced to 10 years in jail in Pakistan on suspicion of planning terrorism charges. The students had been in contact with militants in Pakistan, and were arrested in December, shortly after they arrived in Pakistan. The men claim that their intentions were pure, and that they merely wanted to help fellow Muslims in Afghanistan with medical and financial help. Read more: Reuters
