Somalia’s Puntland says Ethiopian military conducts undercover operation

In a separate incident on the Somali-Ethiopian border, the semi-autonomous Somalian region of Puntland has accused Ethiopian forces of an undercover cross-border operation that may also have been aimed at Ogaden rebels. Puntland’s security minister said Ethiopian forces had killed one man and abducted and wounded another, dumping him near the town of Galkayo. The minister says the region’s relationship with Ethiopia has always been good, but that this was not on.
