Gaddafi son takes Dad to task in thesis

Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi’s son, who is writing a doctoral dissertation at the London School of Economics, has used his thesis to call for greater democracy in global governance, which he claims is highly undemocratic. He took issue with undemocratic states whose governments were authoritarian, abusive and unrepresentative. Just like his Dad’s, which Gaddafi senior has ruled over for 40 years.  Saif al-Islam Gaddafi was reported to have helped negotiate the release of dying Lockerbie bomber Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi on compassionate grounds. The dissertation is called "The Role of Civil Society in the Democratisation of Global Governance Institutions: From Soft Power to Collective Decision Making?"  The question mark in the title suggests that Gaddafi junior is concerned that his old man is not going to take this lying down.
